Yes, I am literarilly weighing in on the phone because the weight is it’s first noticeable feature upon handling. With it’s sleek chic metallic design, the weight of the Innjoo Max 2 Plus feels really uncomfortable. Its so heavy that I doubt if it’s really 160g as clocked in the specs.Everybody that handles the phone goes “It’s heavy ooh!” . And the phone’s design
Apart from the weight, this sleek design works for me.
User Interface
The Innjoo UI that came with the phone is not user friendly at all. I got the hang of it after working out a few kinks, still I had problems accessing my main apps as there was no app drawer, but all this was fixed as I installed the Google Now.
Battery
The Innjoo Max 2 Plus sports a non-removable 4,600mAh battery. Yes, 4,600 with the fast charge feature that lets your battery fill up in minutes. Big battery plus fast charge is a bouncer on steroids. Music on, internet connected, gaming, and heavily multi tasking to check its true strength. Honestly, I lost count of how long this phone stays on with just one charge. It is truly beautiful. With the power situation in the country these days, this is the truth.
I think the battery size and mass is also a contributory factor to it’s weight, but who cares my man? Give us more juice.
Camera
The 13MP back camera really lives up to its expectation with quality images. But they all look like an Instagram filter have been applied just a tinny bit to the pictures. Most people wouldn’t notice though, after all that’s where most pictures end anyway.
Flash in 8MP front camera lights up selfies beautifully during the day but seemed a tad bit unnecessary as it just created some sort of blur at night. And it’s ironic it was made for night pictures.
Smart Gestures
Smart Gestures are a one-touch command that wakes your screen when in sleep mode and takes you wherever your command directs instead of having to navigate the menu screen and press plenty things. Some Android phones support the smart gesture feature, but it’s one of the coolest features of the Innjoo Max 2 Plus. Just go to the settings and activate. Be warned that it drains battery, but is worth the effort.
